As part of months-long research on the neighborhood revitalization work of Sweet Water Foundation. The objective of this mapping was to understand the forces afecting the neighborhood of Washington Park, including segregation, vacancy, disinvestment, access to services and jobs, megaprojects, and increased real estate investment.
This work was coupled with an in-depth case study researching the demographics of the area, the state of real estate investment, as well as the implementation of an urban agriculture campus called Perry Avenue Farm by Sweet Water Foundation.
